Microsoft Training Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Training Specialist to lead Microsoft Office 365 implementation solutions that support talent development and enhance productivity and collaboration across the enterprise. Working closely with the Development & Advancement (“DnA”) team and our internal business partners, the Microsoft Training Specialist will design and deliver training and support resources that support the specific use cases of each business unit. Success in the role will be determined by the adoption and usage of Office 365 applications.

Essential Duties include the following:

Oversee the ongoing adoption and implementation of Office 365 applications across the organization. This requires specific understanding of each business unit’s current way of working and an ability to effectively lead adoption as a change management initiative.

Design and deliver team-specific training, tutorials, and support resources that further adoption.

Measure the usage of Microsoft applications to assess the impact of adoption on productivity and collaboration.

Lead DnA’s understanding and relevant adoption of Microsoft Office 365 applications in support of integrated learning programs, learning socialization, and learning effectiveness. This includes optimizing the team’s use of SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI, Forms Pro, and other applications.

Head the team’s assessment and adoption of new Microsoft applications as they become available.

Guide learning analytics, in partnership with the DnA team and our business units.

Skills and Compliance

Adhere to Berkadia’s policies and exhibit proficiency and understanding of Berkadia’s Values and position-specific skills.

Qualifications

5-7 years of related experience as a technical instructor, ideally with a specialized focus on Microsoft training.

Advanced expertise working with Office 365 applications.

Comfortable leading both remote and in-person training sessions.

Prior experience leading an enterprise-level change initiative preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Advanced degree/Certificate in Adult Learning preferred.
