Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Summer Intern will work with the VP of IT to create a digital marketing strategy, calendar social posts, and creating engagement with our target market. This includes creating graphics for internal and external communications, including email, social media and our web site, ensuring graphics adhere to BPE and WR Berkley brand guidelines. The internship will be eight to ten weeks in duration.
- Create compelling postings for Berkley Public Entity’s social media channels (LinkedIn) to increase engagement
- Create graphics in support of external communications, including email, company website, marketing collateral, event signage, etc.
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Perform competitive analysis
Qualifications
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications (or other applicable major) preferred
- A rising junior or senior is preferred
- Must have advanced level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite and Linkedin
- Ability to ideate, develop, and adapt creative concepts, while maintaining brand standards
- Ability to apply creativity across multiple channels
- Experience analyzing customer engagement data
- Must be able to think strategically
