When not replacing an RSR:
- Split the check-in and check-out responsibilities daily with the Route Lead RSR.

- Do necessary “hotshot” jobs in the following priority. All customers who will receive the “hotshot” should be called before going to their facility (unless the CSR has already confirmed the visit).
➢ Any customer we need to service “now” that cannot be reached by any RSR today (who is a potential “quit”).
➢ Any new customer that has not been assigned a setup within 48 hours after signing up with us. Ideally, we will deliver to new customers within 24 hours if they are in our “neighborhood.”

This role is part of the HOD management team, and, as such, performance will be evaluated based in part on helping to build the HOD team to achieve a service standard that is measurably higher than our historical performance and our competition’s standards. In this role, your primary task will revolve around being the backup driver/hotshot, acting in a supporting role to the HOD Manager, loading and unloading trucks, and keeping track of inventory. It is a training, supportive, teambuilding role that focuses primarily on meeting the needs of the customer profitablyand requires attention to detail.
Compensation
Compensation, when replacing an RSR for the day, is $190/day plus the incentives earned on that route. This assumes a full day, to include loading, doing the complete and full route assigned, and unloading/checking out with the Supervisor. Compensation for a partial day (if an RSR is suddenly unable to finish a route, for example) would be a prorated part of the day times $190/day plus incentives. The base pay for this role is $190 per day instead of $170 since it is expected that it will take the Lead RSR more time to accomplish the full route completely and properly than would the RSR familiar with the route and the customers. Accurate end of day closing and balancing with the Supervisor is critical to earning this compensation.
On days working as Hotshot or in the office, the compensation is $20.00 per hour. It is generally expected that this role will only require an 8-hourday when not on the route, and the hours in the office will typically not generate overtime on their own. If a longer day is needed, for example as a hotshot, then another office day might be shortened to allow for a better work/family balance
