Responsibilities
- Support the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a confident and positive attitude.
- Oversee BDC department operations daily
- Train new BDC Representatives/Hires
- Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone, sms, and/or internet including chat
- Utilize CRM tracking system
- Strong focus on Customer Retention and follow up
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service actions and discussions.
Qualifications
- Successful track record in Internet sales, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department management
- The ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneously
- Overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations
- Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
- Experience in training teams and individuals preferred
