What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Analyst position at Bernard & Co?
Our client is hiring a full-time HRIS Analyst to focus on their HR and downstream systems. This role will help drive the success of the SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Systems configuration, implementation, enhancements, and support. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, and in turn will collaborate closely with technology teams to make enhancements and modifications to various business applications and SuccessFactors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience with HRIS and/or HCM systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience taking detailed requirements
- Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with downstream systems (i.e., payroll, benefits) integrated with SAP SuccessFactors

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
