ABOUT US:

We are a family-owned company and we are a wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, beer, vending products, and food services in central MN and western WI. ABOUT A BRAND MANAGER: “Typical day” “What you’re getting into”

Brand Managers forecast, manage, develop, and implement marketing strategies to maximize sales of the brands we represent. They are also responsible for analyzing brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace to develop strategies for the brands based on research and analysis. Brand Managers identify and implement appropriate sales strategies to maximize volume and margin while tracking product inventory. They also work directly with suppliers to create programs for new and existing brands for merchandising, pricing, positioning, events, and more! Our team members will learn something new or at least look at things differently every day. Expect a strong team atmosphere while also being able to set individual goals as well. We not only want you to grow with us; we want you to help us grow too! Strong candidates have/are able to:

  • Five years proven success in Sales or Sales Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business or related field
  • Excellent understanding of the market with the ability to provide innovative solutions
  • Become the expert resource for all things with brands they are responsible for
  • Effectively communicate with Team Members and suppliers on brand goals and strategies
  • Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Valid driver’s license, driving record which meets Bernick’s standard and must be at least 21 years of age
  • Regularly lift and move product weighing up to 50 pounds

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU:

  • Have experience working with external suppliers
  • Have conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Can work independently and as a team
  • Stay motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Create professional, long-term relationships

HOURS: Full-time

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Hours may vary with the benefits and challenges that come with the beverage industry (occasional evenings/weekends depending on events)
