Responsibilities
- Maintain all HVAC and chilled water equipment
- Organize available manpower for workload.
- Schedule downtime as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Support plant safety program.
- Communicate and coordinates with other teams.
- Support other team members as needed.
- 24 hr. on call to support business needs.
- Must be within 30 minutes of the plant to support the on call responsibility.
- Any other project as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Heating and Air Conditioning Maintenance.
- Freon license
- Knowledge of all applicable codes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communications skills in oral and written form.
