Overview
BerryDunn is growing and is seeking a collaborative Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting Team. You will use your skills to provide administrative support to the recruitment team, hiring managers and candidates with responsibilities for: candidate communications, database management, report generation, managing pre-employment assessments and background checks, and transitioning the handoff for successful onboarding processes for new hires. You will sit in Portland, ME or Waltham, MA and work with a highly motivated, fast-paced and fun team of professionals.
Travel Expectations: This is an office-based position with limited, event based travel to Recruiting fairs annually, less than 10%
Responsibilities
You Will:
- Assist with pre-employment screening
- Coordinate information entry, maintenance, and the integrity of data in our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and producing ad hoc recruiting reports
- Support the onboarding and new hire orientation process
- Assist with recruitment event coordination/job fairs and attend as needed
- Manage the job posting process on niche Job Boards
- Manage and maintain the Employee Referral process
- Work with marketing to maintain an inventory of recruiting giveaways
- Perform various administrative duties in support of the recruitment function
Qualifications
You Have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required; ability to communicate courteously, articulately and professionally in person, over the phone and in writing
- Knowledge of various sourcing strategies, such as internet research and social media
- A strong inclination towards technology and a desire to use technology to streamline processes
- Excellent time management skills, customer service and organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and support multiple team members
