Under the direction of the Lead Driver and/or Supervisor conducts ADAS function-driving test per customer test specification to ensure the durability of the customer’s worldwide products. Performs total vehicle durability road and function testing as well as provides documented feedback. Represents Bertrandt in a professional manner at all times.
Responsibilities
• Drive on predetermined routes to measure and record ADAS functions• Accumulate miles on test vehicles local and cross country• Maintain confidentiality about project• Understanding of mechanical operations of vehicles
• Able to perform basic supervised mechanical vehicle related tasks (wheel change, light mechanical servicing)• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components and operating procedures to provide feedback on these while driving the vehicle
$45/hr
Qualifications
Education and work experience:• High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years driving experience• Valid Driver’s License, above average driving skills• At least 25 years of age with a good driving record acknowledged by the CA
• Basic computer skills required; some data entry and general computer knowledge• Ability to work in a team environment• Highly desired OEM / Tier 1 driver training
