Assess and triage patients upon arrival in the emergency room.2. Quickly and accurately gather patient information, including medical history and current condition.3. Perform thorough physical examinations and identify any emergent needs.4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.5. Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care as needed.6. Assist in emergency procedures such as intubation, defibrillation, and CPR.7. Monitor patients' responses to treatment, modifying care plans accordingly.8. Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean environment.9. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and provide discharge instructions.10. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.11.
