Perform comprehensive health assessments on patients admitted to the PCU.2. Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and oxygen levels.3. Administer prescribed medications and document therapeutic effects.4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized patient care plans.5. Evaluate and modify care plans based on patient responses and changing conditions.6. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.7. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.8. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems.9. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and coordination of care.10. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.11. Sound knowledge of cardiac rhythms, critical care medications, and invasive monitoring.5. Excellent critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.6. Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.8. Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care.9. Proficient in using electronic health record systems.10. Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification.11.
