PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Create dispatch ticket for all service calls.
- Debrief Service Technicians after completion of each call.
- Process and bill completed work orders.
- Maintain the dispatch board / schedule.
- Follow-up on all pending and recommended work with service technician utilizing the pending work log.
- Maintain the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, customer hard files and renewals.
- Issue subcontracts at the request of the Project Manager.
- Process all visa receipts/reports weekly for technicians & Project Management.
- Update customer files as information is received from installation (extended warranties, equipment info, new customers, etc.).
- Maintain on-call schedule, to include 1st on-call and standby technician.
- Maintain customer history files in database.
- Electronically file service orders.
- Prepare paperwork for all manufacture warranty parts.
- Update service database from service ticket.
- Compare service timecards and work orders to service schedule.
- Check service timecards for accuracy weekly.
- Assist with accounts receivable collection or application as needed.
- Type service contract proposals for new customers as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills. (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities with limited supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Well organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to make weekly deadlines.
- Two-years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial Construction/Electrical industry knowledge
- Experience utilizing Spectrum ERP software
Salary : $35,900 - $45,500
