Position: Inside Sales Associate
Primarily responsible for any and all sales related activities

Description:
- Introduce and sell a wide range of brand name baby, kids, and toy products to various types of B2B customers (retail, online retailer, VARS, independent channels)
- Assist the sell-in, merchandising, and sell-through of products to buyers. Provide support to senior sales
- Provide support to sales team in assisting and driving sales, merchandising, and customer service activities
- Entering and processing daily transactions and files
- Processing and working with customers on invoices, credits, shipments
- Assist with daily follow-up and building relationship with customers
- Assisting in business development activities
- Make high volume of calls daily to buyers
- Set-up products and promotions with retailers and online retailers
- Cultivate relationships with buyers and merchandisers
- Research and identify the market, products, and merchandising opportunities
- Detailed management of multiple spreadsheets
- Involvement in all areas of business development
Desired skills / Experience:
- Very proficient with Microsoft Excel functions, hot keys, formulas, and features
- Strong skills in building business and cultivating strong relationships over phone calls and emails with customer
- Experience managing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and proficient with Excel functions and features
- Experience following up with and managing large volume of activities and large volume of customers
- Proven success, experience, and relationships selling to retail stores and and online retailers closing deals and driving selling through of products
- Experience accurately inputting and managing data
- Experience working with online retailers to sell in products and setting up products
- Experience and knowledge of retail and online retail market
- Experience with various ecommerce platforms and data transmissions such as EDI
- Skilled at staying on top follow-ups and managing tasks
Qualification:
- Interest or passion for baby, kids, toy products
- Prior sales experience. Knowledge of retail, online retail, wholesale
- Established existing relationships with baby, kids, and toy retailers and buyers
- Skilled at calling, selling, emailing, and developing business with buyers over the phone
- Ability to think ‘outside of the box’ and come up with solutions
- Must be able to work in a fast pace and juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel. Fast with PC computers

Pay: $2,523.00 - $5,000.00 per month
