The Reverse Supply Chain Intake and Damage Reduction Analyst is responsible for preparing analysis, executing processes, and utilizing business tools to support Reverse Supply Chain and business team outcomes. Develop and execute analysis comprising of intake, open box create, and damage at the product and locations level data. The Analyst utilizes available data to determine trends and changes in the data to drive key performance indicators.

- Measure product intake and open box create for product categories, with specific focus on major appliances
- Monitor and forecast trends for multiple product categories
- Review product and location level analysis and make business recommendations to the leaders
- Manage reporting in line with business KPIs to monitor performance
- Work with Finance and management to signal business risk or opportunities identified in performance results that drive overall Reverse Supply Chain strategy
- Gain team alignment with cross functional partners to drive business plans
- Perform all required tasks and processes in support of business rhythms
- Support and lead all deliverables and ensure timelines are agreed upon and met
- Develop network of critical internal partners to effectively meet performance expectations within role
- Prepare and deliver effective communications up, down and across the organization
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant Supply Chain experience
- 2 years of systems and database experience and/or systems support
- Intermediate Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (4 yr)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business and financial concepts
- Ability to deliver analysis that consistently provide insights on “what the numbers are saying” and recommendations
- Skills in navigating through various systems to obtain information and create advanced spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks
- Ability to sense check data for accuracy and challenges unreasonable assumptions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving team environment and across functional groups
- SQL and Power BI experience
