The Warehouse Manager at Best Formulations will oversee operations across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring efficient management of inventory, compliance with regulatory standards, and optimization of logistics operations. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, cycle counting, work-in-process flows, and logistics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness of our supply chain, particularly within the nutraceuticals manufacturing sector.
How will you contribute:
- Compliance and Safety Management: Ensure all operations adhere to Company policies, FDA/GMP, and OSHA regulations. Identify safety concerns and cost-saving opportunities.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement work processes for continuous improvement. Manage and assign projects to enhance department efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Oversee regular bin counts and cycle counts. Collaborate with Planners/Supervisors to maintain a cycle count accuracy of 95%.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily activities in receiving, shipping, and kitting. Ensure timely receiving and labeling of incoming materials.
- Maintenance and Reporting: Manage preventive maintenance for all warehouse equipment, including company vehicles. Complete timely and accurate KPIs and performance appraisals.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in discussions on warehouse expansion or consolidation.
- Policy Enforcement: Follow and enforce all established SOPs, cGMP regulations, and company policies.
Managerial Duties:
- Leadership and Development: Provide coaching, guidance, and training to ensure employees meet company standards. Conduct performance evaluations and manage the disciplinary process as necessary.
- Safety and Compliance: Review safety protocols with new hires and ensure compliance across the department. Participate in accident investigations and safety inspections.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Assist with the interviewing and selection process, ensuring adherence to non-discriminatory laws and guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; College Degree preferred.
- 8 years of relevant work experience in a high-paced environment.
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, basic math skis, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Must hold a current Forklift Certification and a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.
- Work environment may involve exposure to allergens such as Soy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts and Sesame.

This position is currently classified as on-site.
Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $103,500 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
