Due to our success, we are in need of some energetic, capable, dedicated, hard-working individuals to help us with various parts of our operation including Advertising, Customer Service, Graphic Design, Merchandising (Photography, Digital Imaging, and Copywriting), Purchasing, and Shipping & Receiving. Customer Service: Customer Service Agents are trained to place online orders, make product recommendations, and troubleshoot orders while offering the highest possible level of customer service. Subsequent responsibilities may include reviewing online product descriptions and images, coordinating the delivery of products to customers, writing email responses to inquiries, and completing additional tasks given by the management team.
