Overview:
Our Bangalore, India location is key to our growth plans and efficiency strategy. As we continue to build our team in India, we will require key individuals to support our business leaders, new employees and key stakeholders. The HR team is an important component in that plan. The HR Associate will play an important role in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, payroll, on-boarding, employee records maintenance and off-boarding. The role will be responsible for ensuring the execution and administration of these areas is managed to a high degree of competence and detail. Liaison with our global team, mostly based in the US, will afford access to subject matter expertise and company leadership. Ad-hoc support of other HR projects, audits and initiatives will also be part of the role.

Responsibilities
- Complete step-by-step employee on-boarding requirements from offer letter through Day One and beyond, including employee relationship management and communications, ADP Workforce Now data entry and employee set-up, pre-hire requirements including the coordination of background checks, and coordinating technology and facilities needs with the appropriate departments.
- Provide full lifecycle recruiting support for our Bangalore location, including sourcing, interview management and offer consultation, execution
- Complete step-by-step employee off-boarding requirements, including exit interviews, data maintenance and any statutory required administration
- Assist with and manage the administration around the payroll process for Bangalore and our India operations. Ensure regular processes, payments and record-keeping is timely, accurate and done within all relevant regulations and local laws.
- Provide subject matter expertise around payroll and associated functions
- Handle on-going employee data management and change requirements in the ADP Workforce Now HRIS system
- Provide first level support for Benefits administration and employee questions
- Ensure accurate reporting in all areas covered
- Complete HR Operations & Initiatives assignments on time with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as required and liaise with US team and relevant stakeholders
- Provide on-site support to HR and other areas as needed. Hybrid work schedule.
Background
- 1-5 years human resources experience in HR operations, recruiting coordination, payroll and/or administration
- 1-5 years of payroll administration experience in the local market
- Minimum of one years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in the local market
- Excellent knowledge and prior experience using the ADP Workforce Now system is strongly preferred
- Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now Applicant Tracking System, Linked IN Recruiter, Naukri and other contemporary sourcing tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and abilities, particularly Word and Excel
- Outstanding attention to detail and organization
- Highly organized professional with superior employee communications abilities
- Impeccable integrity, ethics, and collaboration abilities with the capabilities to handle and secure highly confidential information
- Experience in financial services and/or fintech is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex. matrixed, global environment is preferred.
