The Business Office Manager (BOM) works in conjunction with the Administrator and Corporate personnel to ensure the fiscal responsibility and financial health of the facility. The BOM plans, organizes and delegates tasks within the scope of the business office staff at facility level. The BOM exercises sound judgment and decision-making; promotes cooperative working relationships within and between departments.
Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Accounts Receivable; including obtaining, verifying and maintains all financial information regarding each resident.
2. Responsible for maintenance of Resident Trust Fund Accounts according to Federal, State regulations and corporate policies.
Other Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Accounts Payable; including Collecting, processing and submitting invoices for payment.
May be required to perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Administrator in accordance to qualifications and training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
