The estimated salary range for this role is $63,281.00 to $75,937.00 annually.

Write corporate communications for internal employees and leadership, and external company-wide initiatives. Create templates and corporate presentations for various projects and business lines. |
|
|
Attend and participate in large project meetings working closely with the Project Manager to establish communication plans, timelines, and messaging. Participate in Ad Hoc projects from manager or SVP. Work with other departments to create and communicate corporate initiatives that reflect the corporate brand and strategic company goals. |
|
|
Coordinate PR activities, along with the PR Specialist, including branch, corporate, community and government relations events and projects. Coordinate talking points and internal messaging for events. |
|
|
Develop and manage internal communications platform, “Connections,” and several intranet pages, including content creation, employee enagement initatives, employee content approval, and metrics assessment for engagement and risk review. Create new ways of communicating our strategy, priorities, and critical messages. |
|
|
Ensure internal communications are consistent with external communications. Develop internal and external initiatives and coordinate social media messaging with Marketing, Digital Strategy, and Community and Business Development teams. |
|
|
Review incoming communication requests to fine tune message and tone and identify target audience. Regularly attend and lead meetings for projects and new initiatives as the SME for communications. Coordinate corporate messaging with consortium partners. |

|
Develop and analyze internal surveys, including a communications audit, recommending actions and strategies based on the results. |
|
|
Support and attend Community Engagement events, participating in cross-functional planning teams. Create internal initiatives for employees to participate in supporting employee experience. |
|
Computer Skills: Mac & PC, Windows, Internet proficient, and MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word skills. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator skills a plus.
