Position Summary

A Marketing Specialist is responsible for project management and timely execution of the tactical marketing plans contributing towards KPI’s for specific customer segments and product initiatives. You will have a good understanding of the integrated marketing mix, content marketing and digital demand generation. You will be driven, self-motivated and results-oriented team player.

You will be part of our fast paced and dynamic marketing team and an innovative marketing professional, with a solid background in marketing communications, and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with cross functional global stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Implementation of end-to-end promotional tactics/campaigns as per plans/ strategies determined by the Marketing Programs lead, on time and on budget.
  • Optimize campaign performance and ROI and continually review campaign key metrics to enhance or leverage opportunities
  • Collation of overview metrics by channel for quarterly and monthly campaign dashboards
  • Work closely with the Marketing Programs Lead to deliver marketing collateral and sales enablement tools such as flyers, brochures, etc.
  • Oversee budget and tracking spend on a timely basis to monitor ROI of each channel
  • Maintain and monitor an execution calendar of all media placements supporting campaigns
  • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders/partners for content development and tactical execution of campaigns
  • Support promotional plans for webinars, scientific workshops, customer programs (referral, loyalty, etc)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing
  • Broad understanding of key marketing channels
  • Strong project management & budget management capabilities
  • Previous experience in tactical execution of leads generating marketing campaigns
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented - can execute complex tasks with minimal oversight
  • Team player who brings energy, professionalism, and innovative thinking to the portfolio
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with global stakeholders
  • Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Results oriented
