About the Role
The Incident Manager will be a member of the Incident Management team, supporting IT service operations for BetMGM. This role will ensure that standard Incident Management processes are being followed and will identify and implement service improvements.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Service Operations Center (SOC) and other technology partners.
  • Participate in weekly rotation to provide off-hours and weekend coverage.
  • Ensure that Incident Responses and Incident Resolutions are completed within SLA timeframes.
  • Provide communications/updates to senior executives on business-critical Incidents.
  • Ensure that high priority Incidents have a corresponding Problem ticket and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Review RCAs for completeness.
  • Implement key ITIL and project management methodologies.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards
Education
  • BA/BS degree or relevant technology experience
Qualifications
  • 1 years of experience in IT Service Operations, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Continual Service Improvement.
  • Experience with Office 365 tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, creation of reports and charts, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with excellent management, interpersonal, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
  • ITIL Foundation certification a plus
  • PMP or ScrumMaster certification a plus
  • Additional Requirements (if applicable)

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

Pay Range: $111,000 - $127,500 per year
