Responsibilities

• Monitor betting and customer behavior across the business, providing real-time factoring and setting stake limits for customer accounts.

• Review incoming sports bets and provide insights through detailed bet notes.

• Track customers' use of free bets and bonus funds to recognize and minimize abusive behavior over time.

• Create, run, and investigate analytical reports to target specific betting patterns and assess product performance.

• Identify potential VIP customers and flag them to the VIP Sports team.

• Collaborate with traders to maintain accurate pricing across all markets and offer regular feedback to the broader trading team on customer trends and performance.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time

Qualifications

• Interest and in-depth knowledge of sports and sports gambling.

• Possesses strong analytical and mathematical skills, comfortable working with large datasets.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays critical.

• Ability to analyze betting patterns and use experience and 'instinct' to initiate actions.

• Applies a logical approach to real-time problem identification and resolution.

• Knowledge and experience of SQL and a programming language such as Python or R preferred.

• Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,850 to $85,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
