Medical Spa Coordinator

Professional Objective: To perform all aspects of the position with precision and excellence, from Call Management, Check-in and Check-out and beyond…. The objective is to deliver a lasting positive guest impression, leading to a great guest experience and a high retention rate. Each person within this department must oversee the Guest Relations area and maintain the Medi Spa/Spa boutique to ensure a beautiful presentation and profitability and to maximize and achieve department and individual revenue targets.

An exciting opportunity at Better Me Medical Spa and Wellness Center!

This is a full-time permanent position based in our brand-new Boca Raton, Florida, facility. The candidate must currently reside within a 15-mile radius and have reliable transportation. Personal interest in beauty, fitness, and wellness is a must.

Position Activities and Responsibilities:

• Provide upscale guest service experience for clients
• Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
• Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and payment transactions
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints
• Ensure special guests receive personalized services
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve client concerns
• Inform clients of our promotional offers and add-on services
• Liaise with aestheticians and medical practitioners to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks, and check on progress
• Analyze customer feedback and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
• Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel clients

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• · Experience in front-line guest service is required (Medical Spa highly desired)
• · Associate or Bachelor Degree
• · Computer skills and aptitude for mastering Medi Spa/Spa Software
• · Cheerful, upbeat personality; excellent selling abilities
• · Flexible schedule
• · Professional image with a gracious, warm, and genuine personality
• · Skincare knowledge and understanding of the Medical Spa and product line
• · Good organizational skills and follow-through
