As Chief Growth Officer, you'll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating activities at BetterYou. This includes leading our Sales & Marketing teams with the goal of maximizing revenue and driving new business growth through effective strategies and operations. If you thrive in the fast-paced startup environment and have experience exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales/marketing leadership role while building out and empowering a high-performing team around you, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and optimize all revenue-generating activities.
- Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities.
- Provide competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.
- Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into product development and enhancement cycles.
- Develop and implement best-in-class strategies, processes, and incentives that drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth against company targets.
- Build, coach, and train a world-class sales/marketing team.
- Attract and motivate an inclusive/accountable sales/marketing team by leading with autonomy, transparency, and empathy
- Understand the BetterYou customer base, ICP, product, and value proposition.
- Be a product expert and a customer-facing asset by assisting your team in closing deals and exceeding quota - lead from the front.
- Own new partnerships and customer funnels to expand our impact and the BetterYou ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely and regularly with your leadership peers on new initiatives and ways to improve day-to-day operations.
- Act as an active member of the Leadership Team by participating in regular strategic planning, living by our company values, and regularly reporting progress to the BetterYou team and board of directors.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and best practices in the health and wellness industry.
