We are the home to a growing open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology program, the region's only level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a world-class all digital outpatient imaging center as well as a number of other innovative services and programs.
RN - Surgical Unit located on 4OP at Regional Medical Center
Our Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.
Available positions include:
36 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts
24 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts
Required qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Experience Required for a Nursing Resident:
Less than 1-year experience
Experience Required for a Staff RN:
1-year experience in nursing specialty posted
National Certification in area of specialty.
