OVERVIEW
The primary focus for this new role is training new hires on the production floor and assisting with trainings being rolled out to each shift. Idle time will be spent working on the production floor. The successful candidates will report to Production Supervisors and work in coordination with the Training & Development Coordinator as well as Human Resources.
