As the Account Associate, you will focus on merchandising and collaboration across cross-functional teams to maximize shipping potential and to create a seamless CX experience. You will effectively handle internal and external partners and adapt to changing priorities. You will assist the sales team in accomplishing annual P&L goals and will independently implement reporting, analysis and smaller components of the business. About the Job Receive confirmation of orders and track weekly shipments and fill rates. Resolve order issues in collaboration with customers and internal partners. Work with Sr. Account Executive and planning to forecast risk and opportunities against monthly shipment forecasts. Oversee new item setup from sales launch to site launch. Coordinate the best site execution in partnership with teams (on-time set shipment, imagery, copy, etc.) Create customer site PDP's weekly. Walk-the-site to ensure clean shopping experience. Manage all sizing tools and account specific product need to ensure on time and accurate deliveries to reduce and prevent chargebacks (SGMT & VAS). Create final buysheets post market. Manage digital review seeding seasonally. Independently follow-up on account needs. Assist Sr. Account Executive in daily tasks/projects and monthly ASIN optimizations. Present site merchandising opportunities to sales and marketing leads. About You Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination 4 years of college education and work experience. Experienced in Excel; specifically vlookups and pivot tables. Customer-focused with great communication skills. Comfortable learning to new technologies and systems. Proactive and organized working style. Limited travel as necessary. The expected starting salary range for this role is $50,000- $78,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
