The Ecommerce Customer Care Lead at Beyond Yoga will be instrumental in ensuring that our fans have a seamless experience when interacting with us through our branded website.

Job Overview :

As the Ecommerce Customer Care Lead, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of Customer Care Associates (4 FT and 2 PT) dedicated to providing exceptional service to Beyond Yoga’s online customers.

This role requires a blend of leadership skills, ecommerce expertise, and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will report to our VP of Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the Ecommerce Customer Care team to ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity and service quality.
  • Identify key trends and issues and work with our vendors to come up with permanent solutions.
  • Handle complex customer service issues and escalations, providing solutions that align with company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to improve customer service tools and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into the team’s workflow.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in leading customer service teams, preferably in an ecommerce environment. Experience with Shopify is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer service software, databases, and tools. Experience with Gorgias is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $66,500 - $104,800. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.

The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
