Delivery Driver

• Starting Daily Pay Rate: $150.00 to $160.00/daily following the first 30 day ramp-up period (based on experience)

Requirements

• A clean motor vehicle driving record (motor vehicle record will be checked)
• Must be able to pass a background check and DOT Physical
• Must be able to pass a vehicle safety training session
• Must be able to work up to and including 6 days per week including weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle up to 150 lbs
• Must have local area knowledge
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Must have great customer service skills and be detail oriented
• Must be punctual with solid attendance habits
• Must be able to learn operation of package scanner
• Must have a working smart phone & willing to use it on the job for GPS & communication
• This is a fast-paced environment. Must be able to perform 80 stops/pickups per day
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
