Bruceton Farm Service, Inc. Corporate Office in Cheat Lake, WV is looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant for our HR team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provides administrative Support for the Human Resources Department
- Management of Personnel Files and HRIS data input for readily identifiable information
- Tracking of all Personnel files, employee attendance and updates to personal information
- Complete requests for employment verifications
- Supports department in faxing and copying needs, and other duties as assigned.
- Manage Inventory for Company uniforms: Subway, Burger King, Little Caesars, and BFS Companies
- Correspondence and memos to company managers and personnel
- Assist with benefits administration and clerical work related to benefits tracking
- Assist with other HR duties as needed
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent data entry, computer and communication skills needed
