BGIS is currently seeking a Fuel Service Technician to join the team in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:
Responsible for servicing fuel dispenses, electronics, and underground submersible tank pumps and motors.
Responsible for installing media equipment, point of sale equipment, and provides superior customer service and support that are commensurate with company policy's and values by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Communicates with customers and help desk personnel to ensure understanding of work order, equipment issues, in a manner that is consistent with representing the company in a positive, professional manner.
2. Listens to customer concerns and issues and provide positive feedback and solutions with a plan of action to correct issues in a timely manner.
3. Removes water/fuel from in ground sump containers.
4. Conducts visual inspections of dispensers and piping along with inside networking equipment to ensure proper function and adherence to set standards.
5. Diagnoses, repairs, and replaces fuel dispensers, meters, and associated equipment in a timely manner.
6. Diagnoses, repairs, and replaces point of sale equipment, pin pads, routers and all other associated equipment in a timely manner.
7. Conducts all activities in a safe and responsible manner at all times.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic networking.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
