The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for administrative and customer support for all Cool-A-Zone & BGT products.  This position will be responsible for identifying potential new clients. The Sales Coordinator will develop a rapport with new and existing clients.

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Attend industry functions, trade shows and stay informed on market trends.
  • Identify potential clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s sales management system.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s performance.

  • Technical working knowledge of electronics preferred
  • The ability to help diagnose and solve customer issues
  • Valid driver’s license required with reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to work occasional weekends
  • Must be able to work extended hours as needed during events that occur out of town
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • The Ability to build trust and strong relationships
  • Collect lead/contact information/Submit weekly progress reports
  • Represent Cool-A-Zone & BGT in a positive manner - must dress and act professionally

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience

Skills

  • Must be proficient in MS Office products
  • Ability to grasp concepts quickly in a face paced environment.
  • Closing Skills
  • Comfortability in speaking to multiple people at once
  • Bi-Lingual a plus

 

Travel

  • Must be willing to travel 30% - 40% of the time or as needed

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
