About the Position:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support for the company’s CEO directly to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. They keep the executives’ communications organized, so that they can easily access the most important information without having to sort through low-priority items. Executive Assistants screen all visitors and determine what level of support they need while offering polite, professional customer service. They will manage the executives’ daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries and arranging for transportation. The Executive Assistant might train other administrative staff on company policies and best practices, as well as delegate tasks to staff as directed by the CEO.
About You:
- You carry yourself in a professional, proactive manner and have the aptitude to represent BGW in high level meetings with the CEO.
- You have experience in administration or executive assistance.
- You have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and smartphone with a data plan.
- You are willing to travel both nationally and internationally.
- You have proficient skills in organization/planning and are technologically savvy.
- Ideally you have some accounting and/or bookkeeping experience but not a requirement.
- Able to carry, lift, squat, sit and be in an office/non-office setting
Duties:
- Manage the leadership team’s calendars
- Communicate with staff team
- Delegate tasks to staff as directed by the CEO
- Handle administrative work and other tasks as assigned
- Run errands
- Anything they need assistance with
