A growing MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) company is seeking a dynamic MCA Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads, and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial needs and business operations.
- Present and explain MCA products, highlighting benefits and addressing any concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Assist clients in completing necessary documentation.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulations.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services or MCA industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to understand and address clients' financial needs.
