Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will report to the CEO and will lead in the design, development and delivery of our omnichannel comprehensive marketing strategy in conjunction with the company’s Leadership Team. Possessing a creative mindset for ground-breaking campaigns and brand experiences; this data-driven strategic thinker who will deliver initiatives across multiple channels including branding, public relations, paid media and creative. A passion for understanding the Bhu Foods' consumer, what they love about the Bhu Foods' brand and how to tie KPI’s into delivering on Bhu Foods’ mission, values, and vision will be critical for success.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Drive vision and integrated strategy in conjunction with the company’s Leadership Team for growth marketing efforts across all touchpoints of lifecycle marketing including but not limited to:
  • Digital Marketing & Ecommerce, Social Media, Ambassadors & Affiliate Programs, Creative, Brand Development, Customer Engagement, PR, Paid Advertising and Email Marketing.
  • Maintains the company’s brand book and ensures the ‘brand voice’ is communicated through all Marketing materials and channels as well as through all customer service touchpoints.
  • Brainstorm, research and develop new marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed of market trends and how they can relate to the company's marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the operation of the company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review.
  • Prepares and presents monthly and ad hoc reports to the company's Leadership Team.
  • Implement best practices for frameworks, analysis, and reporting methodology.
  • Manage and grow vendor relationships and develop integrated solutions across all performance marketing channels, including contract negotiation and management.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, product branding plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects.
  • Monitor costs, budgets and develop sales forecasts for D2C.
  • Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives.
  • Work with the sales teams on brand initiatives.
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, accounting and production departments.
  • Supervise the customer service and marketing teams, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines.
  • All other duties as assigned the CEO.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Motivates, develops, trains, mentors team members with the objective of identifying and creating leaders.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success within high-performance marketing team in a hyper-growth environment, while creating a plan for scale.
  • A customer focus with the curiosity and drive to understand and empathize with the customer.
  • Analytical mindset and able to articulate the quantitative and qualitative impact of efforts.
  • Expertise in data-driven strategy development, with the ability to adapt priorities quickly in response to in-market changes.
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite or related software.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience evolving and expanding positioning and strengthening market standing for a B2C brand.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding overall acquisition, engagement and retention goals, with the ability to communicate strategies, successes, and learnings.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
