Business Development Managers wanted! We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as full-time employees. Candidates must be local and have extensive sales experience in a services environment. If you have strong technical staffing experience, preferably in IT or Engineering, that's even better!
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for consistently increasing revenue through the acquisition of new business and expansion of existing accounts. To succeed in this role, you must maintain active participation and membership in networking and niche IT organizations. You will also be expected to meet all minimum requirements for weekly appointment activity and revenue growth.
Communication is key in this role. You will meet regularly with the Manager and inside staff to communicate all customer service priorities and business/sales opportunities. Additionally, you will provide information on customers or prospects for bids and proposals within your assigned territory.
