Position 2: Web Administrator (Senior): SharePoint Administrator (1 FTE)

Personnel Security Clearance Requirements: Must have an active personnel security clearance at the Secret level in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) at the time of proposal submission and must maintain the level of security required for the life of the contract.
Education: Bachelor in Information Technology or similar
Certification: Must possess a CompTIA Security Certification
Minimum Experience:
A. At least 5 years’ experience with web administration/development including, but not limited to, JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, and User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX).
B. At least 3 years’ experience with SharePoint administration and content management.
C. At least 2 years’ experience providing customer support.
Job Description/Responsibility:
- Provide all support services related to planning, development, implementation, integration, administration, and maintenance of the organization’s SharePoint site.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of web technologies related to web properties hosted on Microsoft SharePoint, including SharePoint (2016/2019/Online), JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, content management, and User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX).
- Be familiar with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Create accessible digital products and services compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
- Ensure web properties are developed using secure coding standards and mitigate vulnerabilities within administrative capabilities.
- Collaborate with organization personnel for requirements analysis and develop project plans translating business processes into web-based solutions.
- Function as a Tier III helpdesk support element, providing technical and functional support to organization personnel.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation of systems configuration, standard business processes, and SOPs.
- Optimize delivery of support services and improve organization business processes through DHA Enterprise Services such as the Global Service Center (GSC), Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint.
- Provide consulting-based services focused on leveraging DHA Enterprise Services to streamline support.
- Support automation of business processes using the Microsoft 365 Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Ensure all systems and configurations conform to applicable Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) requirements to obtain and maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO).
