Change Manager

3 days/week on-site

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Need local to Los Angeles, CA Only)

Initial Duration: 6 month contract to hire

  • At least 3 years of experience leading Organizational Change Management efforts and teams in support of technology and digital transformation projects
  • Strong change management fundamentals (training, communications, events, content creation)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including expertise in building trust, negotiating, and influencing others to support change
  • Experience understanding organizational dynamics, managing stakeholders, and facilitating change initiatives effectively is paramount to the success of the role.

Prosci

CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)

CMS (Change Management specialist)

Cornell University Change Management cert

CPCM (Certified Problem and Change Manager)
