Our Merchandise team is seeking a Vice President to lead our Recognition Solutions team. This is a senior level position accountable for the growth and success of Recognition Solutions. In collaboration with other areas of the company, this key business unit designs and delivers client-specific award solutions that effectively engage and recognize the achievements of our program audiences. Success in this position is accomplished through a clear vision, encouraging creativity & innovation, leveraging existing and new technical platforms, flawless execution of deliverables, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a focus on our external and internal customers.
Responsible for all aspects of BIW's Recognition Solutions business unit including:
Leading a team of Award Design and Delivery subject matter experts in support of traditional, service anniversary, and experiential recognition award programs.
Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and contribution to profit targets.
Working directly with Business Development Directors, Account directors & supervisors, Account Managers, and client contacts to develop integrated and stand-alone award solutions on-time and within budget.
Supporting the field sales organization to discover and develop new recognition opportunities and strategies.
Full P&L and budget management responsibility.
Accurately track and manage business unit sales forecast.
Manage and continuously improve packaged recognition solutions.

Education & Experience Required
BS/BA in Business, Merchandising, or Marketing is preferred.
Background in the application of effective reward & recognition programs, incentives, and/or engagement strategies & tactics is desirable.
Minimum of 5 years' experience directly managing a team.
Knowledge of sourcing and manufacturing of symbolic and lifestyle merchandise is a plus.
