Duties Or Responsibilities
- Must have a good working knowledge of industrial contacts in the Power, Oil & Gas, and Chemical Refining
- Must be well versed in the following disciplines: sales in the industrial world, selling installation services, and/or sales in the building maintenance facilities arenas
- Must have strong verbal and written communications skills, and ability to use computers and programs effectively
- Must have a high mechanical aptitude and ability to think and make correct decisions in the face of changing conditions
- Must have a desire and willingness to learn the particulars of our business, in different industry sectors
- Must be willing to travel no less than 50% of the year (including nights, weekends and some holidays).
- Must be able to conduct inspections of the equipment our client services, including but not limited to climbing high elevations, through tight spots.
- Must have reliable and adequate transportation for travel through the assigned region.
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience meeting all the essential duties described
- Preferred college degree in a business or construction related field.
- Existing network of established contacts in South Louisiana region.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required for entry into facilities along Gulf Coast.
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC card and Passport for potential international travel.
