Bickford Senior Living is looking for a Full-Time IT Support Person.
Primary Duties Include:
· Provides helpdesk support and resolves problems to the end user’s satisfaction
· Walks customers through the problem-solving process
· Manage PC setup and deployment using standard hardware, images, and software
· Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
· Performs timely workstation hardware/software upgrades
· Troubleshoots and repairs existing computer hardware/software issues
· Supports Android tablets and cell phones
· Provides support for proprietary software programs
Role Requirements:
· Associates Degree from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Proven experience as a help desk technician or customer support role
· Working knowledge of MS Office and Windows 10
· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
· Position is located in Olathe, KS at our corporate office (remote work is not available at this time)
Preferred:
· Ability to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies
· Ability to research solutions/information regarding technical issues
