Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Create sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the executive team.
- Identify key market segments and develop targeted sales initiatives to maximize opportunities.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to ensure a competent and motivated workforce.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving sales excellence.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Independent; self-motivated/confident, team-orientated, can follow instructions, good attendance, leadership ability, decision maker, meet deadline.
- Understanding of tools required to produce product.
- Work accurately, with attention to detail, and be able to detect defects.
- PC Skills; Word, Excel, Email, Internet, networking awareness
