Sales Coordinator – Big Agnes, Inc
Position Type: Non-Exempt/Hourly Reports to: Sales Manager

Summary/Objective
Big Agnes is a leading brand for specialty performance tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, down apparel, and ultra-light camp
furniture. Our Sales Assistant will work closely with our Sales Director and Sales Manager on administration tasks and web
monitoring. Report Running, Promo coordination, weekly sales trends analysis)
Essential Functions
Account Support
- New Account set up for dealers and QBP– Gathering all necessary information and agreements, set up in NetSuite,
- Domestic Distributor Account coordination – screening, competitive review, and rep confirmation
- Review and update dealer listing – ongoing monitoring for current listing of active accounts and locations
- Seasonal key account assortment analysis
- Maintain seasonal sales profiles.
- Key account forecast analysis and auditing.
Web Monitoring
- Review of product listings to assure models, specs, images, and MSRP are current and accurate.
- Review accounts for full use of image and video resources
- MAPP check, enforcement, and tracking
- Amazon tracking
- Promotion tracking Fielding promo requests, coordinating dates/assortment to abide by promo policy.
- Auditing promo orders to make sure the dealer qualifies for the discount, term and $ amount on promo orders.
Administrative Support
- New Product Templates – Assist in populating new product templates.
- Maintain Sales Calendar – Updating the annual calendar with regional and national shows, sales meetings, previews,
- Sales Paperwork – Audit and maintain Pricelists, Order Forms, Terms Sheets
- Monthly dealer newsletter email creation
- Order Entry – Rep Samples, Swag, Demo
- Assist with Sample allocations.
- Review and management of REP Formstack submissions
- Maintain rep sales ratios splits by territory.
- Assist with event management and organization.
- Maintain Dealer Tools and Rep Tools on Box.

Market Specialist
- Track competitor pricing and promotions
- NPD Market Data tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Travel and exhibit for trade shows
Required Education and Experience
- Prior work experience in administrative support, customer service, and data entry. Strong knowledge of products and
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Computer Skills and Software: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite especially Excel skills to create
- Ability to prioritize work based on deadlines and clearly communicate to team when priorities need to shift.
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Creative and motivated individual with the desire to grow within the team and company.
- Vision, hearing, speech, manual and physical dexterity sufficient to assist setting up for sales meetings, ability to lift
50lbs, and the ability to work longer hours and weekends with advance notice.
