What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at Big Air Raleigh?
General Manager will work alongside other managers to maintain a successful, customer focused business, with a positive work culture. This is a full-time position and requires weekend availability. The GM will have a salary as well as a monthly bonus based on sales.
Specific Tasks:

Responsible for the guest experience in the park along with driving profitability.

Following/implementing a preventative maintenance schedule to eliminate failures before they occur, including daily check-sheets and walkthroughs.

Building relationships with schools, churches, businesses, sports teams, and other organizations.

Facilitating repairs when needed (i.e. HVAC, Internet, etc).

Ensuring the park is kept clean and safe for all visitors. Managing relationships with external service providers such as cleaning crews.

Ensuring employees and customers adhere to rules.

Hiring appropriate staff

Working with other managers to open and close park operations.

Making sure that staffing/manning is appropriate for every day/time.

Ensuring inventory is being monitored and ordering supplies/merchandise as needed.

Ensuring, along with other managers, that all receipts and proceeds are appropriately placed in the cash room and safe.

Overseeing the kitchen supervisor.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
