Office Manager/Big Bear Brewing Co. Inc
Responsible for maintaining all accounts affiliated with business(s) including general ledger, deposits, and monthly, quarterly, annual preparation of all documentation and record keeping. Accounts receivable, Accounts payable including invoicing and assistance in collections at the request of the owner. Daily posting of food cost, liquor cost and registers.
Create/Manage Employee Files and Records
Maintain expense accounts
General office Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer Telephone and direct calls to appropriate person or take accurately written message w/ return call number, time of the call, the proper name of the caller, company affiliation and the reason for the call.
Retrieve/Open Mail and stamp with appropriate date stamp/distribute
Assist in preparing outgoing documents as needed for FedEx or courier deliveries, call for pick-ups, follow-ups
Maintain office supplies including ink, paper, pens, etc, order as needed in conjunction with purchasing guidelines from Owner. Receive deliveries, store and replace or coordinate replacements as needed. Keep office neat, organized and stocked.
General Requirements:
The individual must be professional, neat, organized, and have high attention to detail. People skills, multi-tasking ability, and telephone skills required. Ability to direct and manage personnel and communicate effectively and timely.
Must have proficient computer skills that include:
Microsoft Office
Word
Excel
Outlook
QuickBooks
Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
Excellent grammar and spelling,
Notary a plus
Job Specifics:
Hours are Monday thru Friday; approximately 35 hours of the week. Must be willing to come in early or leave late on occasion for extra projects at Owners request.
Dress - business casual
Experience in the Hospitality industry a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
