Qualifications, Duties, and Perks


What you will do: 
(Includes but, not limited to)

Under the direction of the Marketing Director, you will - 

  • Shape Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

  • Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor our Marketing Coordinator, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.

  • Drive Campaigns: Oversee the execution of innovative marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and content platforms.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring our marketing vision to life.

  • Analyze & Optimize: Use data-driven insights to measure campaign performance and refine our strategies for maximum impact.

  • Complete all other duties as assigned. 

 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience & Expertise: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred), plus at least five years in a related role.

  • Skills: Outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in digital marketing channels and CRM data utilization.

  • Leadership: Strong supervisory and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams and projects.

  • Passion: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to marketing, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.

  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services. 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, content strategy).

  • Experience working with CRM data for marketing purposes (a plus).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's Degree is preferred.

  • Minimum five years' experience in a related field. 

  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
