What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Rep position at Big Blue Home Buyers?
$15 - $20 per hour
Responsibilities:- Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
- Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible
- Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
- Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year of experience as a sales representative
- Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process
- Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task. Highly organize. High attention to detail.
