We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team of employees. We are seeking an individual who possesses an interest in food preparation as well as a strong work ethic and friendly personality. The Kitchen Helper is responsible for maintaining clean and organized lines and is responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is willing to learn and will bring their unique skills to our casual dining restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Have good communication skills with different levels of staff and guests.
- Be able to maintain a good attitude even when stressed out.
- Be able to take orders from staff and interpret them correctly.
- Have knowledge of food preparation.
- Be able to use proper knife skills.
- Have knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Be able to cook food according to customers' needs and preferences.
- Have knowledge of basic food handling procedures.
- Be able to wash dishes and kitchen utensils.
