The HR Manager oversees the following functions: employee benefits; annual open enrollment; Paycom (HRIS); FMLA and ADA processes; leave management; professional driver orientation; non-driver orientation; corporate/non-driver recruiting; employee training; unemployment claims; HealthCheck360; hiring; investigations; terminations; performance improvement plans; EEO reporting; and other HR generalist functions.
