Big O Tires has immediate opportunity for our growing Fleet Sales and Service Department. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair, customer service, and parts inventory and procurement is a priority.
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for vendor sourcing of automotive parts, maintaining and reviewing inventory levels and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Duties and responsibilities
- Source parts from aftermarket vendors, OEMs and other suppliers
- Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Work closely with the Fleet Department to fulfill parts requests
- Assist in pricing parts for sale on a daily basis
- Handle Fleet customer inquiries regarding parts availability
- Oversee supplier management and maintain positive relationships
Experience Preferred
- Prior experience in Automotive Repair / Commercial Parts Sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and customer service skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Experience in sourcing parts and accessories and supplier management
